Set print area per sheet
Define print ranges before converting; otherwise the engine may include empty margins or stray columns beyond Z. Hide unused sheets if they are not part of the story.
Scaling and page breaks
Preview page breaks in Excel’s print layout. If fonts look thin in PDF, bump up zoom or choose a common font stack supported on servers running LibreOffice.
